ZERO CHEMICAL DISINFECTION
We use high-pressured water jets and high temperature steam of 150⁰c - 180 ⁰c to dislodge dirt and disinfect the AC from mites, bacteria & mold without the use of toxic or corrosive chemicals, ensuring no harm to either the ACs or our customers.
HONESTY IN SERVICE
We value HONESTY and practice no unnecessary expenditure in our services. We will only carry out servicing work on ACs that will benefit from being serviced and we do not practice upselling tricks. Like a fridge, ACs don’t usually require “gas top-up” unless damaged or poorly installed, and “overhauling” is now unnecessary in this modern age.
6 MONTHS WARRANTY
We take pride and responsibility for our work. Our services come with a 6-month warranty on service faults. The details of each service is properly recorded, so we’ll have all the details to honour our word should we hear back from you.
OUR PRICES
We practice fair service pricing based on the work required and do not practice “horse-power” pricing. Our charges are as listed below:

How Do We Work?
Contact us and schedule an appointment. We will send you information of your assigned team to register with management.
Step 1
We will send you a calendar invitation to lock in the date and time.
Step 2
We will message you in the morning and give you a call to provide notice before we arrive.
Step 3
Our technicians and housekeepers will reconfirm with you the services and prices before they proceed.
Step 4
After service, we accept both cash and bank transfer. All transactions will be provided with proper invoice and receipts.
Step 5
Our teams are well-trained and tidy.
We use high-temperature steam instead of harmful chemicals to service our machines.
We never do unneeded services.
All jobs have records, before & after photos and
a 6-month warranty against service faults.
